
Here you will find my WOD’s (work out of the day). They will vary considerably and you will see there is no structured approach to my training at the moment eg, wanting to put on muscle, or lose body fat. I am experimenting with several Olympic lifts with various circuits along with using rings, ladders and other items of apparatus which will effect my fitness, balance, speed, power, strength and coordination. Basically I love experimenting with different combinations of exercises and methods as you will see, there will never be a workout that is the same. However, I am practicing one arm chin ups and wheel role outs so exercises that focus on these moves will often appear. Videos will be uploaded too with my clients and friends.
