Training out doors – there is nothing like it!  On Saturday or Sunday mornings (in all weather conditions) I train clients at either London Fields or Victoria Park. Using the chin-up, parallel and monkey bars along with weighted vests, Olympic rings, medicine balls and other novel items of apparatus this workout will invigorate your weekend, blow your mind and muscles… The majority of these workouts will involve exercises using your body weight, as resistance, in ways you never knew existed together with developing your strength extremely quickly.

Park Life is ideal for those looking to make the most of their weekends and would like to expand their training experience. The sessions are ideal for 1 to 1 coaching or with a friend or two.

Boxing can also be incorporated to really give you a punch packing workout!

Prices are applicable per hour, not per person. The more people, the less it will be for each person!
